Dr. Kavouklis has a successful record with entrepreneurial and professional activities in the field of dentistry. Dr. Kavouklis has founded three individually successful and distinct organizations. The first was Family Dental Care Associates, a three-location group general dentistry practice. Secondly was Paramount Dental Plan, Inc., a dental health maintenance organization.

He currently manages his third founding venture, Dental Power & Argus Legal, a staffing company sourcing professionals, dentists, lawyers and all ancillary staff, for dental and legal organizations. He has an operational understanding of various dental and professional organizations. His experience with starting new organizations provides him the unique ability to take his vision and concept and guide it toward building a successful organization.

Ms. Garcia is a 1985 graduate of the University of Virginia where she earned a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish. She received her J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center in 1988 and worked at Krupin, Carr, Morris and Graeff in Washington D.C. before relocating to Tampa in 1996. After taking time off to raise her family, she joined Argus Legal as a Legal Search Consultant in January of 2003.

Legal Search Consultant

Ms. Hood began her career in the legal field as a Legal Secretary. She received her A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1991 from the Mott Community College, and continued her education at the University of Michigan. Ms. Hood has worked in many areas of law, including bankruptcy, insurance defense, criminal, family, probate and civil litigation in private practice until 1994, at which time she joined the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Michigan, where she was involved in representation of the Michigan Department of Corrections, Secretary of State and Natural Resources. Ms. Hood was Judicial Assistant to the Chief Judge of the St. Clair County District Court prior to her 2005 move to Florida and has been with Argus Legal since October 2005.
